Innovating for a Global Palate Since 2015

Owner first restaurant in 1986 in Irvine, California, in 2001 purchase the building and fell in love with downtown Pomona. In 2005 opened one of the first 3,000 Sqft restaurant and sports bar on 2nd street serving authentic Italian dishes, Pizza, sandwiches and Salads. Few years later, he would add a 1,000 Sqft banquet room.

2006 was a start of journey, started first by trying to convince city officials to create Restaurant Row on 2nd street, this developed into bars and restaurant in downtown Pomona. Metro Alehouse took couple years to build and five year of red tape to open it.

Today this multi-level venue is the largest venue for miles. It is approximately 20,000 Sqft. Basement Level: Metro Tavern, Street Level: Metro Alehouse & Grill, 3rd & 4th floors Metro Event Center.
